Daughter of musician Phil Collins seems not to follow the footsteps of his father in the music. Because, Lily Collins announced as the main cast in the adaptation film of SNOW WHITE AND THE SEVEN DWARF.
Lily would be acting with Julia Roberts, who plays as The Evil Queen. Lily, who was previously known as Sandra Bullock’s daughter in THE BLIND SIDE, will be the center of attention with this main role.
The father, Phil Collins, is proud with her daughter’s career, although Lily did not follow his footsteps. Lily claimed to have been very interested in the role since she heard about this movie.
“Snow White is my favorite fairy tale when I grow up. When first I knew about this movie, I had intended to join. The character is really iconic,” says Lily.
Lily got this role easily, because the director confessed interested in her eyebrows. “I saw her eyebrows, and I said,”You are the person. When I saw her the first time, I think she still trying her role. But when I saw her, I just said, ‘She does not even need to try at all’, “says Tarsem Singh, the director.
