The Police have a team assigned to investigate crimes that occur at school. The team composed of the young officer is called Jump Street team. Jump Street team sent their members to infiltrate into schools as a student to solve a crime that occurred at school. Jump Street team members, Jenko (Channing Tatum) and Schmidt (Jonah Hill) get the task to investigate the circulation of illegal drugs involving one of student at a school.

Jenko and Schmidt tried to find information regarding this problem. but in the midst of their busy in solving this case. they face other problem associated with their teen problem. What will be done by Jenko and Schmidt to settle the case that they face and overcome their teenage problem.
